Make It Last

A colorful array of talents highlighted the 4th day of the 6th Recollect Augustinian Youth Summit – the cultural night. Who said that only the seminarians had talents to be shared? Our delegates also shared the talents of their own.
Different talents – singing, dancing, acting, miming – were showcased which proved that the delegates were not just ordinary students in their schools. The delegates from SAA, Bayawan and USJR, Basak danced their very own festivals: Tawo-tawo in Bayawan and Sinulog in Cebu. The presentations of the delegates from CSR, Trece Martires, Cavite; SSCR, Canlubang; SSC-R Manila were different. They did the miming, and the audience was all in awe. Everything turned out well as expected.
And we were down to our last day together…
Despite the blissful cheers shouted by the delegates during the cultural night, the feeling of sadness and the wanting to make this experience last forever were already very evident in their faces. Time ticked so fast that many did not realize that the 6th RAY Summit was almost over. As the experience of parting ways neared, all were set to pray for one another and to reminisce the wonderful moments they shared with each other. Who knew, one day, the paths of seminarians and delegates would cross again. No one would know nor tell, all simply needed to believe, hope and pray.

first times and unforgettables.

am i still here? i guessy. lols. its been a long time since ive made sense here. i mean, my latter posts were like pieces of crap. lol.

i guess i have to narrate to you my casiciaco recoletos life. my first times and my nightmares.
okaaaay. my birthday was amazing. like, the community had a party. lols. i mean, i was just included coz you know, the welcome party was celebrated on the same day. and it was one heck of a party.
i had gone trhough the dreaded auditions for the three major organizations -- himig rekoleto, dulaang rekoleto and reco-dance troupe. and fortunately, i got accepted in all three. i even ranked first in the himig rekoleto auditions. ohh. that was really tough.
then classes started on june15. waaaaah. our teachers are the strictest of all. lols. more difficult subjects to indulge in. aaarrgghh.
i had my FIRST SANCTION. hahaha. bad me. no! its not my fault. i only got included. but the sanction is way easy. for real, like, i only get to sleep instead of film-showing. who wouldnt want to sleep? hahaha.
on june 26, we had our first community general prayer meeting sponsored by the defenders. after the prayer, an unlikely event happened which we never expected to. i was a sad thing for us.
the neophytes (i and my batchmates) were distriubuted to our foster families on june 28. im now officially in the ABAS family. my foster brothers are jesrel laranjo, kuya denden dabalos and kuya jose rocabo. on the same day, i learned about quantum science. like, this little object that keeps you steady and stronger. i dont know how to explain but hey, i dont believe it, you know.

ima end here first. i gotta go eh. lols. but il be finishing my experience.

a week long

hey ya loved ones.
i survived a week in casiciaco. it was like hell. when we arrived there, the weather was freezing cold and it almost froze me to death. lol. it was a whole week of raining and fogging. and hey, we have this new prefect of discipline and he is like very strict. geez. this is whole new challenge for me. BTW, i was elected batch beadle by my batchmates. being the beadle, i have roles to portray. im also a part of the documentation committee and the english club. haiz. this kills me.

oh wait, dont you ever forget my birthday! its on the 12th of june. il be expecting greetings from you guys. ima update you on june12 with more. it will be a quasi day for us. ciao!

and im back inside

hey. im in the seminary again. and im imprisoned and i cant post blogs for like forever? kidding. il be posting blogs month per month and that sorta bothers me. lols. im at casiciaco recoletos already.

this whole week would be hell. the crises, the himig rekoleto, reco-dance and dulaang rekoleto auditions oh-so make me worry. but i have to. lols.

be keeping you posted guys. ciao!

it should have been...

DANNY GOKEY is out. i hated the results. it should have been danny and kris competing at the finale. aaaaargh. im just not in the mood.

but anyways, im having all my support transferred from danny to kris. i just dont like adam. i mean, for real, why did he get the chance at the finals? danny is extremely wonderful as an artist. comparing kris and adam, i know, KRIS will make it. he'll be the next big thing.

not bad for danny, im sure he will have MILLIONS of albums and he will make it big in the singing scene.
kudos!

JUNGLE JUICE

insomnia attack -- 4:30 am.

i am still awake since i arrived home from the burial of the legendary scoutmaster, Sergio P. Damazo, Jr.. the burial showed how good Sir. Jun had been coz thousands of people -- students, alumni, BSPs, teachers, religious and many others -- came to accompany him. the eulogies of sir james, sir damazo's ally, and brother were touching. sir damazo really had been a great instrument to heal other people's brokenness. and, maybe, he has already completed his mission. so long, legendary scoutmaster! may you rest in peace.

after the burial, the rockerz proceeded to sm. there, we talked and we walked and we talked a whole lot more. lol. and there, we bought gifts for our mothers. unfortunately, we had insufficient money. but its okay. oh wait. part of our sm journey that day was searching for the JUNGLE JUICE. we were curious coz we saw someone drinking that kind of drink and we just wanna try. so we went to the grocery dept and found nothing but millions of tetra-packed juices. we were searching for that huge drink but found nothing there. so we asked and sought for help. and there, we finally found it at the department store. the juice was great. it can really quench one's thirst. LOL. after that, we found ourselves at anita's coz we were hungry and like we dont have money already and the most available store in sm for those who have no budget is anita's. so there, we bought ourselves loaves of bread and that breadsticks of anita's. so yummy and so mura! haha. then we headed home. hhaha.

so, that would be it. ima sleep na. the sun has already risen. im a vampire, you know! LOL.

insomnia ended - 5:47am.

photo booth (RAY Tribute)

and im posting another blog.
okaay, this is about the RAY tribute -- april 27, 2009, Liloan, Cebu

one of the highlights in being a RAY member is the RAY Tribute or Excursion. it has been an annual activity. it used to be a pilgrimage but later on changed. for the 3rd time, i joined this gathering. however, it was still different. like, the first time i participated, i was an incoming core group member(Deputy Chief Squire) then and was one of those who planned the occasion. so, basically, i was busy at that time, it was in Argao and it was fun. the second time, i was already a part of those "outgoing RAY members" or the tributants. it was in Carmen. and for the third time, i was there not because i helped in the planning nor because i would be given tribute, but i was there to help facilitate the kids. the tribute was in Liloan.

so, ate joy sought help from us. she couldnt do being a READS all by herself so she contacted me, khan and may and told us to be in basak at 7am. i was obedient enough and really followed what she said. after like an hour, we headed to our destination on board the FX driven by manong jess. unfortunately, mayang was not able to come because of lame reasons. we fetched fr. sia at the main campus and stopped over the puso station and lechon manok stand. and after like an hour of road trip, we reached our destination -- Seafront Resort, Liloan Cebu. the place was good and perfect for the whole day activuty. karaokes were everywhere.

the people were enjoying the beach and the three of us, the food. haha. the kinds of food served were my favorites. haha. we never really got the chance to enjoy the beach. but, we took pictures instead. haha. we went to this resort nearby and took tons of pictures. lols. we even entered some private property. good thing khan and i got some good reasoning skills and made uto-uto the owner. i thought we were going to be sued to court for tresspassing. haha.

enough said. now, ima let the photos speak for themselves. haha.

the event also coincided the farewell party for Rev. Fr. Rouel M. Sia, OAR. he will be transferred to another community and another chaplain will take over his position. so long, padz!

the three of us in a kiosk.

at the facade of the resort.

in front of the private house.nature at its most beautiful. at the resort's garden.

about the to enter the house. the gardener invited us to go inside. he said that its okay as long as we only take pictures. so, we pulled in.

we finally got inside. the house was splendid. the antique things, the remarkable interior design, the wooden furnitures -- they're great! this was at the living room.

at the dining area. we thought at first that the house is for rental. we thought of it as a nice place for our barkada outing. but unfortunately its not. the owner, an old man, entered the house and caught us in action. we had done no harm. then we fled.

those were the only pictures i can show you here. all pictures will be uploaded in my multiply site. i sure had fun that day and it made me effin tired too. haha. i hope i be invited in the next RAY gathering. haha.

i guess this would be all.
bene requiscas!

BONUS TRACK:
mark and i at the water refilling station. we returned there the bottles we used.

my baby pic. LOL. just kidding. this is ate bang's pamangkin. i took a picture of him 'coz he sooo cutie. he is like me. haha. but hey, i was not that big when i was a kid. i was thin! im serious, FYI! haha.

and that ends my latest post. so, watcha waiting for? put an X mark on the RAY TRIBUTE part in my blogs yet to be posted. next target: my being a catechist for two days! lols.

MISSING BLOG UPDATE:

no. 3

and im baaack. yeah. it has been a while since i last blogged. i have so much to talk about. so, im gonna start with this suuper dupper late blog about our island hopping. yea, you read it right.

i think in one of my blogs i mentioned about the rockerz' 3rd anniversary? it was on the 22nd of april. and it was like a wednesday. and for the sake of those who take summer classes, we decided to celebrate it on the saturday of that week. we like planned it. not really thorough planning but atleast, we tried. lols. the expected number of people joining was like 30. and we really anticipated for that very large number. but to our dismay, there were only 13 of us. atleast the number "3" didnt really get lost. haha. despite the discouraging turn-out of events, we still moved on. we started out very early. like i woke up at 5:30am (yeah, i was desperate. i didnt want to miss this event). prepared my stuff. took a bath. waited for the clock to tick faster. and headed off. i was the 3rd person to arrive. and i was overly proud of myself. cheers to tere and daryn (the early birds). then the rest arrived.

and our awaited jaunt started..
we went straight to Pier Tres and rode a ferry boat to Mactan Island. the whole ride was extreme. we talked as if we havent seen one another for a lifetime. and it was a good sign. we took a tricycle and traveled by land to the island-hopping station. the beach was so tempting and all of us were like please-lemme-swim-on-that-effin-beach. after like minutes of negotiation, we finally had something to embark in. we stopped over lotsa islands. but the exciting part was swimming at the middle of the ocean only seeing the vastness and blueness of the waters.
with the rockerzz.

it was FUN. we took lotsa underwater snapshots. credits to tere for the gadget. we really enjoyed. and of course, a gathering is not complete without the tagay. lols. the whole experience was like an excerpt from the movie Water World. good thing, there were no pirates who attacked us.

a blue whale was captured. haha

then everything came to a stop. like we requested manong bangkero to stop for a while coz we wanted to plunge into the water for the last time. wish granted. but, it was spoiled by the tigwa or a sea snake. after manong shouted about the tigwa, all of us like hurriedly returned in whatever means possible. then we walked our way back to the shore. lurdis was like freaking out because of the lumots and tuyoms and stuff. and there, we happily went back to cebu proper.

special thanks to bongabong for allowing us to take a bath in their humble abode.

after that, i, pae and gurio went straight to cua's house to plan for something with ate bebe, kuya lim, kuya emman, may, jon, boki and cua. we stayed there overnight. and like, we talked about creepy stuff. ahwoooooh. all of us freaked out. psst. psst. haha. we then took our zzzzz's at 3am.

the next day...
nothin much. but my overnight companions wanted me to go with them to moalboal and go beaching again. but i didnt give in. sorry guys, i had much the other day.

TRIVIA
hey. do you notice something about this blog?? the number 3 or anything related to the number is like present anywhere. lols. and like, as i watch the clock now, its like 3am already. and i remember the Exorcism of Emily Rose. hahaha. ahwoooooh.

so peeople. unmark that ISLAND HOPPING AND OVERNIGHT part on my blogs yet to be posted.
this would be all, adios!

someone who listens and gives advice

hello sweetie. im stuck again with this insomnia attack. good thing i have something to share with you.
here it goes.

*a portion of our chatting

i was updating my multiply account when someone PMed me in YM. i was thunderstruck when i saw who he was. he sent me a message asking me if im alright. i answered him with a question, "nganu nkaingon man ka ana?" he said that i seemed not okaay 'coz of my stat message which says "Fc*k you with a capital F." i didnt really think that someone would mind my status. my stat triggered him and so he tried to converse with me. God really loves me and knows everything i need. right at that moment, i was really downtrodden -- worried of what's gonna happen to me when i reach Casiciaco Recoletos -- and i honestly needed someone whom i can confide these untoward emotions to. and this person seemed to be the best one. isn't it very obvious yet? okaay, im pertaining to Bro. Jerik Troy Siozon or Master Jerik for some. and so i started sharing and asking questions. he gave good pieces of advice. he made me feel so much better and secure and comfortable. he even shared to me his top secret why he survived his 9-year stay in the seminary. i feel so privileged. i was never wrong in divulging my angst to him. he is like a kuya to me already and i owe a lot to him. rest assured, all the things that he told me will be taken into consideration. i wanted to really know kuya jerik better. but we might never have the chance. maybe when i reach theologate, we will see each other there!

kuya, thank you for your time. this blog is like a symbol of appreciation for what you just did. buti ka pa, you spent some time with me bsag kalit-kalit ra. unlike that someone who promised that he would listen to my dilemmas nig kita namu, pero wala diay. THANK YOU again!

too bad for me, i wasnt able to finish my blog in multiply. but the good thing there is, i was able to have an encounter with the master we all know. and that's something i wouldnt want to replace with.

hey you! i think this would be all. im still on search for my missing blog. never will i give up! lols. so, til my next blog pal! zai jian! 拜拜!

"be a man of love, respect, understanding in the community and it will come back to you."

a MUST-READ from me

hey homies. i just arrived home since yesterday.
i was overly disappointed last night. like i was at khandrie's and was posting about our laag yesterday when suddenly the internet was disconnected. yea! i hadn't had the chance to save what i finished. lols. anyhow, im here, posting you another side of the story. maybe like it was karma coz i pertained much to the funny stuffs yesterday. haha. but no worries! if i recovered it, i would really post it still.

APRIL 21, 2009
okay. here's the thing. kristelle asked me if i wanted to go with her to sm. hell yea! who wouldnt want to go out and chill when boredom had already been striking you for like 3 days?? haha. and so, i was out with them. we (mark, tel and i) headed to ayala(i thought the plan was sm). we met camille, ace and ryan there and toured the two around the place. like duuh! who would want to roam around the terraces at around 1pm or so? im quite sure not those two baguio people we were supposed to accompany. neither would i too! so, we jumped into timezone and got attached with our childish side. haha. then we all got tired and went to sm. karen and caroline and chad were there too. they completed the gang. we went karaoke-ing and had a whole lot of fun. the disco and the photographs session -- they made me crave for more! when it was about time to go home, tel suggested that we go to khan's place and all agreed. haha. while waiting for KMK, a stupid little devil kept on irritating us. what the heck! he looked like that one rugrats kid. the invasion to tanke started. we arrived at khan's and made the most of our stay. badz and i stayed for the night with khan(of course! he lives there), ace and ryan. and the rest? you go find it out yourself. har(with the action)!

APRIL 22, 2009
as usual, we woke super duupper late, ate, watched movie, ate again, watched again. what a life! i had my cp's battery empty and like, i didnt really bother to take hold of my cp. i enjoyed watching the movie and receiving the silence ryan and ace offered. haha. ssshh. badz and i were like the ones who shouldered all the story-tellings and joke-crackings. and we only heard like a few uttered words from them aside from their laughter. we planned to go to laray. atleast before the tourists leave, they would show up there. before departing, badz gave them the dont-die-a-virgin-but-keep-it-safe object. oh! that magical thing! haha. good for those who understand what i meant. i went home just to take a refreshing shower then marched toward laray. in there, i finally encountered fray relly. he is so like me, i guess.then, we attended mass -- the activity that i so miss. BTW, ryan and ace had already left. so it was only i, khan and kuya sim left. we visited kuya joseph. that completed the batches of the AY 2008-2009. haha. one nice feature about kuya joseph's abode is their piano. so, khan and i, music lovers as we are, hurriedly ran toward the piano and sang our hearts out.khan taught me one new religious song and it was freakin' nice! when we already felt the need to go home, we left. but it did not end there. the three of us bonded and savored one another's company. khan and kuya sim accompanied me to our house. the nice thing there, we only walked from laray to our house thru SRP having only the skies as our light(nagbrown-out man. haha). while hiking, the three of us sang PILLAR's best song renditions with proper voice coordination. khan for tenor 1, i for melody and kuya sim for bass. people were like gazing at us shockingly. maybe they haven't heard angels sing. lols. it was like one of the best nights i had with friends. so simple yet so memorable. for sure, i'l be missing pais who will be leaving on the 26th. tonight's experience will surely be kept in my memory box -- my heart. thanks for spending time with me, people!

oh wait! i almost forgot, HAPPY 3rd ANNIVERSARY ROCKERZZ, MY LOVIES! i so love you guys. lets make this last forever.!

til next time, co-bloggers! ill keep y'all posted. ya know what, im liking this blogspot thing the more each day! pax te cum, buddies!

holy week adventure

This whole week must be spent repenting and asking for forgiveness for the sins committed. and now, im gonna relate to you my HOLY WEEK 2009 adventure.

HOLY MONDAY (ended UNHOLY)

my holy monday started out quiet. i had no plans of going out. but eventually, my twin sissies, jon and boki, texted me that they wanted to go to our house. Hospitable as i am, i said yes. and there, they arrived. we had a little chitchat. they helped me finish my long overdue project(LOL.). then after like an hour of talking and talking, i decided to bring them to Our Lady of Consolation Parish - Recoletos, Laray because two of my brothers, Gard and Bossing, were still there and both of these brothers of mine had been inviting me to be there. they wanted me to taste their 'just harvested' mangoes. and finally i heeded their call. i also intended to return the USB i borrowed from Gard. and so, we walked from our house to the church. Upon arriving, Gard welcomed us. Good thing, when we pulled in, the fathers were having their siesta. we went to the convent’s kitchen and started eating the sweet yet sour mangoes plunged into a 'toyo + sugar' sauce and talked our hearts out. we made use of the camera that Jon brought. we didnt notice the time. while busy chatting and 'habhab-inig', Fr. Allan came out. he informed me that i was included in the Recollections, official publication of CaRes, and got a copy for me to see. and i was really there, being interviewed 'kuno'! haha. we had a lot of chikas only to find out the sun had already slipped into the horizon. and at around 8pm, we decided to go home. on the way home, i was still undecided whether i go to Mango with friends or not. and at last i had decided. i went to Mango and crossed the threshold of Club Juliana. It was my first time and TAKE NOTE, it was on a holy monday. ohmagahleeh! my holy monday ended up unholy, i must say. HAHA. all the drinks and stuff. of course, i danced too. haha. not bad for a first timer, i was with a good company, NO HARMS! LOL. i went home at 3am, was fetched by my ever supportive parents and slept at around 4am of holy tuesday. I was really really tired!

HOLY TUESDAY (locked up)

i woke up ooverly laate. like, 11am? not that late though. atleast i had a seven-hour rest. i ate my BRUNCH (is this correct? HAHA). right after i filled up my tummy, i went to my computer and checked my mail, and friendster and multiply accounts. i was chatting with friends online when i suddenly received a text message from Mayang telling me that kuya shandz and kuya edlyn wanted to meet with us (may, jon, boki and i) right after the mass they would attend later that day. i am the always-on-the-go guy so i affirmed. kuya shandz told us that the mass was 5pm and upon arriving in laray, it was 6pm pala. aaargh. we were so early there, so early to get disappointed. lols. and so we decided not to join the mass and headed off to SM. we stopped by mambaling and met Stephanie Hamis who was problematic coz her paps let her enroll summer class. haha. the thought of visiting ate anna who lives nearby suddenly popped out. ate anna had been in the hospital to look over her dad who got ill. and we were so lucky for they just got out from the hospital that very day. Ate anna then joined the group. While waiting for a jeepney, there were people calling me from afar. Oh no! my fouth year classmates, baotur and peter. HAHA. I was shocked seeing their faces. We then arrived at SM all sweaty. The jeepney was like very full and was so ho0ot – discomfortingly hoot. Haha. Then tere, mae grace, cyra and cygi arrived after their jogging and belly-dancing session. We ate at mcdo(we really had no money) coz we were starving to death. And after like 2/more hours of waiting(SM was about to close), the awaited angels arrived. We were not expecting kuya sim to be there. Since SM was already close, we jumped to mango and walked to yellow cab. See how stupid we are? Haha. We spent the rest of the night there. Not minding the text messages of Boki’s mom saying that boki will be tied in the stairs and in there she will sleep. We were sharing very KOOORNYY jokes and just laughing not becoz of the jokes but of ourselves. Haha. we went home at around 12mn. Haha. plus, we made ‘hatod’ jon and boki. So, I arrived home 1am. When I arrived, the gate was locked. Good thing, my mom still opened the gate. I thought I was gonna sleep outside. lols. thank God.

HOLY WEDNESDAY (hate late)

My mom woke me up at 9am and told me to go with them to hear mass and have confession. Obedient as I am, I followed. After having prepared everything, we headed to our destination. When we reached the city proper (my mom’s plan was to hear mass at redemptorist), my dad asked me where we would go, I replied “kumpisal man kaha.” I thought dad was going to bring us to a certain church but he took us to ayala instead. We have no appointments in ayala and I was really shocked why dad drove us there. My mom and I just patiently followed dad. He too had no business there. And so, I just took the chance. I bought myself a new 4GB usb. It was like 12nn already, and we were feeling very hungry and so we took our lunch. After lunch, we moved around. And it felt awkward because my mom and dad were not talking coz they had a little misunderstanding earlier that day and so I had to be their medium of communication. My dad stopped by an appliance center. He was looking around. I also looked around. I went to the camera section. I was really drooling over those DSLR cameras when suddenly I received a text message from my classmate telling me that I should be in laray at 1pm to meet with fr. Albert. What the heck! It was like 12:50pm and traveling to laray takes a lot of time. I know there was going to be a meeting and it would still be at 3pm only to find out that it was rescheduled. I was really surprised on how the events turned out. I reached my destination. I was really late. Haha. may30, 2009 would be our reporting day to casiciaco recoletos and that’s so early. I need to book a flight for me. That ended my holy Wednesday.

MAUNDY THURSDAY (silence all over)

I spent this day just at home. I really never had thoughts of going out. I busied myself with television and the project I had been finishing for weeks. I spent it with my family. I had some nice chitchats with my sister, manilyn. I enjoyed baby-sitting my nephew, thirdy. We again failed to have confession. Instead, I had a moment with myself. It was like one tranquil day for me – atleast for a day, i freed myself from the pressures I have been experiencing. It was fulfilling. Later that afternoon, my mom invited me to join her attend the Stations of the Cross with the other homeowners of our subdivision. I refused because I already had attended series of Stations of the Cross since the Lenten season started.

GOOD FRIDAY (feeling hot)

Atlast, we already had gone to confession. The queues of people wanting to confess were so so so so long. But we endured it. My last confession was a month ago and it felt really great to be freed from the slavery of sin. It was uncanny seeing the church’s altar having the replicas of Jesus and the saints covered. As in like, I felt the need to contemplate and be sorry for the shortcomings I did for the past month. And so, mani drove us home after we had received forgiveness and penance. We were so hungry. And good Friday is a day of fasting and abstinence. So, we ate the newly cooked binignit. The food is in fact best eaten when hoooot. I with my my family listened to and pondered on the seven last words and prepared ourselves for the death of our Savior. I always break down into tears everytime I see video clips from the Passion of Christ. Especially that clip with the song Everything I Do. everytime I remember the very reason why Jesus let Himself be crucified, I feel fortunate . as the song goes, “I am here because of Your love.” Right after the siete palabras and a nap, I prepared myself for our out of town the next day. Right after packing up my things, I dozed off.

BLACK SATURDAY (reminiscence)

I woke up seeing everyone very busy preparing for our trip. We were going south! Yea! At first, I thought of it as peculiar coz it would be our first time to be out of town on a holy week but I considered it as an opportunity to bond with my family nlang. Our car’s engine started and we were off to go! Our first stop was dalaguete, we planned to stay there overnight. We arrived there around 5:30pm at the house of manoy Julie and ate berns. They were exceptionally hospitable. the undemanding living and the very serene surroundings in the province have always lured me. the rural area is the best place to unwind. My dad and sanko marvin prepared our dinner (SuTuKil) while I and mani reminisced our childhood moments with jm listening to us. the unriped mango completed our conversation. Then mom called us for dinner. The dinner was sooo yummy and DAARn I couldnt stop myself from eating. Haha. good thing, tanduay was also served. Haha. after eating, mani, jm and I played cards. And after, we stargazed. See? Living in the province can be very overwhelming even without so much technology. The fresh air and cold ambiance made me feel like sleeping and so I visited dreamland.

EASTER SUNDAY (roasted ME)

ALLELUIA! Our Savior had finally risen. I woke up very early due to the exhilaration id felt since last night. we started out very early, after breakfast. We stopped by barili and alcantara until we reached the pallid and crumbly sands of moalboal. I had never seen such wonderful beach since last year (id never been to negros’ beaches, only other water forms). Haha. though iv been to moalboal several times already, I still was very keyed up to plunge myself to the refreshing waters. We braved the scorching heat of the sun and I so loved it. Haha. AND I WAS EFFFIN TANNED OR SHALL I SAY ROASTED. HAHA. the people, the picturesque view, the arctic waters and the lip-smacking food – they completed my EASTER SUNDAY. We retreated quite early coz we still have to fulfill our easter Sunday obligation. We were supposed to attend mass at 9am but they suggested that we would just hear mass later that day. We drove home around 5pm. Our target mass sked was 7pm, unfortunately, minglanilla had its kabanhawan feast. And we were stuck there. It sucked. Haha. we were not able to make it to the 7pm mass. And so we took the 8:15 mass at Sto. Rosario. Haiz. We were so tired and wanted to rest. After the mass, I headed back to talisay and met with ate joy and kuya lim there. I promised ate joy to be with her and so I really did, even if late na ko. I stayed there with her while she was busy conversing with kuya Hansel and the rest. I went home hungry and exaggeratedly tired. As usual, my mom was still awake to wait for me. I so love her for that. And there, my adventure ended. Haha.

That was one heck of a week. The activities were well balanced. Haha. I had enjoyed physically and at the same time uplifted my spirituality. I learned a lot of things and unlearned some as well. I know, this blog is waaay late but hey, this is mine! I have maximum right! Ahah. Til my next blog, lovies!
